Inviting your team

You can share your sites with someone else, like a colleague or the person who writes your content, without giving them access to your billing.

Inviting someone

1. Go to Settings and open Collaborators, or choose Add a collaborator under Who can log in on a site's page, which starts with just that site chosen. Only the account owner can do this.
2. Enter their email address.
3. Choose whether they can see all your sites (including ones you add later) or just the ones you pick.
4. Send the invitation. It lasts 14 days, and they'll need to accept it with that email address.

What they can do

They see your shared sites under Shared with you in their own account: each site's page, with its plan (without prices), visitor figures, uptime, the work we've done and its requests. They can send and reply to requests about those sites. They can't see prices, cards, invoices or your other sites, and they can't cancel anything.

Changing or removing access

On Collaborators you can change which sites someone can see, resend an invitation, or remove them at any time.
