Changing your plan

You can move to a different plan whenever your needs change, for example from Essential to Care+ when you'd like us to make edits for you.

Our plans

Every Website Care plan includes managed hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report.

• Essential: hosting, updates and a monthly report.
• Care+: Essential plus content edit time every month, visual checks and priority support.
• Partner: Care+ plus more edit time and design time every month.

Changing plan

Send us a request saying which site and which plan you'd like. We'll confirm the price and when it starts.

Website Care that came with your website

If your first year of hosting came with a website project, choose what it carries on as on that site's page in My sites, before the year is up.

Cancelling

If you'd like to stop a plan, send us a request and we'll talk you through it.
