Reading your monthly care report

Every month we write a care report for each site on Website Care. It covers your plan's month, counted from the day it started (so a plan that started on the 15th has reports from the 15th to the 14th).

Finding your reports

Open Care reports and choose the site and month. We email you when a new one is ready, unless you've turned that off in Settings.

What's in it

• Uptime: how much of the month your site was online, with a bar for each day and any outages.
• Visitors: how many people visited, the most viewed pages and where visitors came from, for sites where we count visitors.
• Updates applied: the software we updated, and whether each update went smoothly.
• Checks: what we checked this month, and anything we found.
• Edit time: how much of your plan's monthly edit time we used, and on what.
• What we did: the jobs we did for your site.
• Requests and custom work: anything you asked us for during the month.
• Suggestions: ideas from us. Use Ask us to do this to send one straight to us as a request.

Use Download PDF on any report to save or print it.
