What counts as a content edit

Care+ and Partner plans include content edit time every month: our Website Care page (opens in a new tab) shows how much each has. It's for changes to what's already on your site.

Included

• Text changes, like new wording, opening hours or prices
• Swapping or adding photos
• Menus, price lists and event details
• Adding news or blog posts you send us
• Small changes to existing pages

Not included

• New pages or new features (Partner plans include design time for these)
• Redesigns
• Work on other websites or systems

For anything bigger, we'll quote for it as custom work.

How it's counted

We log the time each job takes and you'll see it in your monthly care report. Edit time is for each month and doesn't roll over.

If a job is bigger than the time you have left, we'll talk to you about it before we start.
